Love at First Sip

Chocolate has long been used in the pursuit of romance; and the story of Sipping Dreams is no different. On a cold, rainy evening right before Valentine’s Day 2007, Tom made Clover a cup of drinking chocolate from his own recipe. Clover loved the rich, creamy drink so much, she decided to do something about it. She joined forces with Tom (who later became her husband!) his son, Nate, and daughter, Katie. A couple of months after Clover’s first taste of this chocolatey goodness, Sipping Dreams was born; created by a family, for other families.

Sipping Dreams was developed with the intent of using delicious, gourmet chocolate to bring people together. We want to play a part in enriching people’s lives.  One way we work to do this is by donating 2% percent of our proceeds to nonprofit organizations that seek to make a positive difference in the world. In 2010, FOOD for Lane County is our nonprofit partner. Many more community programs and activities are in the works at Sipping Dreams as we work to enrich lives, one cup at a time.
